These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the official website of Upper Villages Christian Academy (UVCA) and its official school platform, COMMUNIFY – UVCA’s School Learning and Management System. By accessing or using these platforms, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
By accessing UVCA’s website or using COMMUNIFY, users (students, parents, faculty, and staff) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of UVCA.
Access to COMMUNIFY is restricted to enrolled students, authorized parents/guardians, and official school personnel.
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account activity.
Sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited.
You agree to use the website and COMMUNIFY only for lawful, educational, and school-related purposes. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
Attempting to access restricted sections without authorization
Sharing offensive, false, or harmful content
Uploading malware or attempting to compromise system security
Disrupting normal school operations through abuse of the platform
UVCA, in partnership with WSI Technology (developer of COMMUNIFY), is committed to protecting the privacy of all users and the confidentiality of personal data.
All student and parent information stored in COMMUNIFY is protected in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Personal data will only be used for academic, administrative, and school-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
The system is secured with encryption, access controls, and audit logs to ensure information security.
All logos, images, materials, and content on the UVCA website and COMMUNIFY are the intellectual property of UVCA and/or WSI Technology and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Users may download materials for personal and educational use only.
UVCA and WSI Technology strive to provide accurate, updated, and secure platforms but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
UVCA shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from system downtime, data errors, or unauthorized access due to user negligence.
UVCA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via the platform or official communication channels.
UVCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the website or COMMUNIFY at any time if a violation of these terms is confirmed.
